CKO Kickboxing/ Kick Start to Fitness

Start the New Year off right! Join us on Saturday, January 13th at 10:45 at CKO Kickboxing located at 1700 NJ-35, Middletown Township, NJ 07748 for a kickboxing class to help jump start those New Years Resolutions! This full body workout will help you burn calories while going at your own pace and using your own heavy bag. Proceeds from this event will go directly to funding performing arts education for children in our program.

Please arrive between 10:30am and 10:45 am to sign a gym waiver. Class will begin at 11:00am. If you own your own boxing gloves, please bring them to the class. If you need gloves the gym will provide you with them. Space is limited so tickets must be purchased in advance for the class.

Please join us immediately following the kickboxing class at Ross Brewery from 12:30 to 3:00 for Karaoke. Ross Brewery is located at 909 Main Street, Port Monmouth, NJ.
